Dear user, we aim to create a friendly, respectful, and safe environment for everyone. These Community Guidelines outline the standards we expect from all users. By using the app, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may lead to warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the platform.

Respect is at the heart of our community. Always treat others with kindness, even in disagreement. Discriminatory, hateful, or abusive behavior, including harassment, bullying, or threats, will not be tolerated.

Protection of Minors: HipChat strictly prohibits content or behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material. Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal of offending content, account suspension, and, where necessary, reports to relevant authorities.

9. Changes to Community Guidelines

We may update these guidelines to reflect changes in the app or community standards. Major updates will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the updated guidelines.

HipChat reserves the right to report any confirmed CSAE content or user activity to law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or applicable regional agencies.
